Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Deployment Strategist to take charge of our customer deployment initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in positioning Usul as the indispensable AI partner for defense companies, leaving them to wonder how they ever operated without us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead deployments for a portfolio of top defense and space firms, managing all post-sale relationships including onboarding, training, enterprise adoption, account expansion, and renewals.
- Facilitate complex onboarding processes for clients ranging from innovative defense-tech startups to established Fortune 500 companies, ensuring optimal utilization of Usul’s solutions to transform their defense contract acquisition.
- Drive commercial upselling and cross-selling initiatives within each account.
- Monitor customer health through key metrics to enhance retention, minimize churn, and secure renewals.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, significantly influencing our product roadmap and redefining interactions between allied governments and defense organizations.
