Managing enterprise deployments involves intricate, cross-functional collaboration, requiring a dedicated leader to ensure successful execution and outcomes.
This position will help shape and optimize our post-sales engagement model, significantly influencing our Net Revenue Retention metrics.
Your Responsibilities:
First 30 Days:
Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
Gain in-depth knowledge of each customer's deployment architecture, use cases, and criteria for success.
Evaluate current health metrics, renewal timelines, usage patterns, and engagement frequency.
Coordinate with FDE, CSE, Sales, and Product teams on ongoing projects and deployment priorities.
Next 60 Days:
Establish a regular schedule for account syncs based on account tiers.
Implement proactive health monitoring through usage data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and sentiment tracking.
Start identifying renewal risks and opportunities for expansion within your portfolio.
Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts with executive-level reporting.
After 90 Days:
Initiate renewal discussions starting 120 days prior to expiration and collaborate with Account Executives on commercial strategies.
Reveal qualified expansion opportunities bolstered by usage data and deployment success metrics.
Enforce service tier boundaries to maintain the integrity of our offerings.
