About Parloa
At Parloa, we are dedicated to transforming every customer interaction into a seamless experience, benefiting both customers and the organizations that serve them. As the landscape of agentic AI evolves, our team is paving the way for a new standard in customer engagement—one that prioritizes meaningful connections over mere transactions. With over ONE BILLION interactions facilitated between leading global enterprises and their clientele, Parloa is already trusted by renowned companies such as Booking.com, HealthEquity, Allianz, SAP, BarmeniaGothaer, and TUI.
About the Role:
In the position of Deployment Strategist, you will spearhead AI transformation initiatives within Global 2000 enterprises, acting as the “Field Chief Product Officer” for Parloa’s most valued clients. Your responsibility will be to connect customer aspirations with product possibilities, effectively translating their business requirements into actionable product features for partners like Booking.com, Allianz, Decathlon, and TUI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and secure significant clients (Global 2000 with intricate, non-standard needs), ensuring the success of their AI integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across both business and technical spheres (CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, VP Support), taking ownership of the deployment process from value proposition to production and scaling.
- Convert customer needs into sustainable product functionalities, avoiding one-off customizations.
- Develop prototypes, drive product modifications, and formulate business strategies through hands-on execution rather than theoretical presentations.
- Serve as the liaison between customers and Parloa Product, ensuring alignment on both sides.
- Skillfully manage uncertainties in agentic AI workflows, ROI assessments, and change management where established guidelines are yet to be developed.
- Facilitate difficult discussions surrounding trade-offs, project adjustments, and realistic timelines with key accounts.
- Influence cross-departmental teams in Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to achieve desired outcomes.
- Contribute validated insights to the product roadmap, transforming customer interactions into scalable platform capabilities.
Who You Are:
- 7-12 years of experience in enterprise software (solution architecture, product management, or consulting) with a strong history of direct customer engagement.
- A “Field CPO” mindset: adept at converting customer outcomes into tangible product realities and vice versa.
- Proven leadership in managing business and technical stakeholders: experience presenting to C-suite executives and delivering solutions that create value.
