THE ROLE
We are on the lookout for a Deployment Strategist who will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for our largest enterprise accounts. This individual will oversee the complete customer journey from onboarding to expansion, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from the GovSignals platform and uncovering opportunities for deepening partnerships.
The ideal candidate embodies startup spirit and possesses fluency with enterprise environments. We seek someone who thrives in dynamic situations, builds trust with senior stakeholders, and translates customer workflows into effective platform adoption strategies. You will analyze complex organizational processes, train various user groups, and identify expansion opportunities that foster mutual growth. This role requires a high level of customer engagement and the ability to function as both a strategist and an executor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Onboarding & Activation
- Oversee the entire onboarding process for enterprise accounts, from kickoff to go-live.
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer workflows, pain points, and success criteria.
- Develop and implement customized deployment plans that expedite time-to-value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, support) to eliminate obstacles.
Training & Enablement
- Create and deliver training programs tailored for diverse user personas (capture managers, business development teams, proposal writers, executives).
- Develop account-specific playbooks, guides, and best practices documentation.
- Foster champions within customer organizations to encourage internal platform adoption.
- Host regular office hours and enablement sessions to reinforce platform proficiency.
