Role overview
The Deployment Associate prepares point-of-sale (POS) and credit card equipment for customer use. This on-site position in Coolum Beach, Queensland, focuses on configuring, testing, and packaging hardware to ensure smooth deployments. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are important, as is a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
Main responsibilities
- Configure, image, and customize POS and credit card devices according to specifications.
- Program, test, package, and ship POS equipment, peripherals, and related supplies.
- Fulfill daily orders, receive new supplies, and keep inventory records accurate and up to date.
- Work independently to meet deadlines for order fulfillment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues by following established instructions and procedures.
- Stay informed about current processes and procedures, and understand how the department supports company operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
