Role overview The Deployment Associate prepares point-of-sale (POS) and credit card equipment for customer use. This on-site position in Coolum Beach, Queensland, focuses on configuring, testing, and packaging hardware to ensure smooth deployments. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are important, as is a strong commitment to quality and safety standards. Main responsibilities Configure, image, and customize POS and credit card devices according to specifications. Program, test, package, and ship POS equipment, peripherals, and related supplies. Fulfill daily orders, receive new supplies, and keep inventory records accurate and up to date. Work independently to meet deadlines for order fulfillment. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues by following established instructions and procedures. Stay informed about current processes and procedures, and understand how the department supports company operations. Perform additional duties as assigned.
