POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be the linchpin in fueling our Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Sales teams with qualified leads. Your main focus will be on strategizing, planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads, facilitate meetings, and enhance our sales pipeline. Your exceptional organizational skills will be crucial as you oversee the execution and refinement of campaigns across diverse channels such as email, direct mail, webinars, advertising, digital media, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and content syndication.
You will adeptly manage project timelines, navigate competing priorities, and ensure that all campaigns yield measurable results aligned with lead generation and pipeline objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Product teams to drive campaign execution and optimization aimed at pipeline generation and revenue enhancement.
- Oversee the end-to-end coordination of integrated demand generation campaigns encompassing email, direct mail, webinars, paid advertising, digital programs, social media, ABM initiatives, and content syndication.
- Develop and maintain program timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders regarding campaign status and outcomes, utilizing Asana for program management.
- Construct and launch email campaigns, landing pages, nurture programs, and webinars via HubSpot and related platforms.
- Implement multi-touch nurture and lifecycle campaigns that engage prospects throughout their buyer journey, converting leads into meetings and opportunities.
- Partner with sales and SDR teams to bolster inbound and outbound initiatives that generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
- Work in conjunction with the ABM manager on campaigns leveraging tools like Demandbase to effectively engage target accounts and buying groups.
- Manage and analyze campaign performance metrics to continually refine strategies and enhance results.
