Define and execute our comprehensive demand generation strategy across the customer lifecycle from lead generation to nurturing, activation, and upsell. Collaborate with an agency to scale effective channels while developing new capabilities that enhance lead volume, boost activation rates, and optimize ROI. Analyze marketing insights to create impactful, full-funnel messaging and creative that resonates across customer segments such as healthcare, business travel, and employee commuting. Work alongside Sales to convert insights into effective, scalable B2B strategies. Partner with Product to streamline the customer experience from lead capture to the first ride. Develop extensive nurture programs, including email marketing and segmentation strategies, to significantly improve lead quality and conversion rates. Establish lead scoring and qualification frameworks to enhance funnel efficiency and sales transitions. Collaborate with internal teams to deploy marketing technology that enables large-scale, personalized automated campaigns. Monitor and improve critical funnel metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline contributions.

In this pivotal role, you will design and implement our demand generation strategy, overseeing every stage from awareness to nurturing, activation, and upselling. Collaborating with an agency, you will manage a substantial paid media budget, engage with various sectors including healthcare, education, and transit, and work closely with Product and Sales teams to enhance the customer journey and maximize lead generation.
