Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end demand generation strategy for Perplexity, ensuring accountability for enterprise top-of-funnel growth and revenue conversion. Design and manage a cutting-edge demand generation engine utilizing AI-driven tools, including programmatic outbound tactics, AI-personalized sequences, intent-based targeting, and automated workflows to generate a high volume of qualified leads. Launch and oversee multi-channel campaigns across various platforms, including paid, organic, account-based marketing (ABM), events, partnerships, and emerging channels; continuously test new strategies, eliminate underperforming initiatives, and optimize for maximum impact. Create segmentation and targeting approaches for key enterprise buyer personas, including IT leaders, executives, developers, and decision-makers in AI. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to enhance the marketing-to-sales funnel consistently. What We Are Looking For:5+ years of experience in building and scaling multiple growth channels within a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating a strong record of revenue growth. A keen interest and experience in developing homegrown AI-driven outbound engines, programmatic personalization, and rapid experimentation frameworks to facilitate scaling. Strong analytical skills: You are data-driven, proficient in SQL, attribution measurement, and business intelligence tools such as Looker, Omni, Hex, and Tableau. You create your own dashboards, define relevant metrics, and base decisions on data rather than intuition. Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations: You work independently with urgency and take ownership in fast-paced, early-stage settings where processes are still in development.
