Your role will merge innovative storytelling with analytical rigor to drive growth and elevate our brand impact across the industries we serve.What You’ll DoOversee the marketing technology stack by integrating HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and analytics tools into a cohesive system that tracks marketing performance against revenue.Design and execute marketing campaigns—managing both paid and organic initiatives across digital, traditional, and industry-specific channels to drive qualified leads.Supervise content and creative production—leading the development of videos, advertisements, blog posts, and event materials that resonate with Bobyard’s brand and product objectives.Enhance SEO and website effectiveness—crafting keyword strategies, optimizing landing pages, and tracking organic growth and conversion metrics.Implement tracking mechanisms and attribution models—managing UTMs, pixels, and conversion events with RevOps to ensure accurate funnel reporting.Monitor budgets and performance—keeping a close eye on spending, pacing, and ROI across all channels; reallocating resources to optimize CAC and payback periods.Develop comprehensive reporting and dashboards—utilizing Equals to visualize funnel performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline efficiency.Conduct experiments and optimizations—A/B testing ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to continually enhance results.Collaborate across departments—partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to ensure alignment in campaigns, messaging, and attribution.Desired Attributes4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or growth roles.Extensive experience with HubSpot (campaign management, workflows, and reporting).Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) and analytics tools (GA4, Equals, Looker).Solid understanding of metrics such as CAC, LTV, payback, and funnel conversion rates.Passion for data-driven marketing and creative problem-solving.
