About the Role

We are thrilled to welcome our inaugural Demand Generation Lead to spearhead our enterprise pipeline strategy. This pivotal role combines strategic planning and execution, allowing you to design, implement, and optimize comprehensive programs aimed at engaging our technical buyers and generating high-quality enterprise leads.

You will oversee the entire marketing lifecycle, from generating initial awareness to facilitating seamless sales handoffs, while collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, and Field Marketing teams to create an unparalleled buyer journey that technology cannot replicate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Ownership: Collaborate with the Head of Growth and Head of Sales to manage and strategize the pipeline function. Expect substantial resources to build a scalable operation as we grow.

  • Campaign Management: Conceptualize, execute, and refine end-to-end demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise prospects, current self-service customers, and existing clients through multi-channel strategies.

  • Lifecycle Marketing: Focus on lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email nurture programs, webinars, and targeted content campaigns.

  • RevOps Collaboration: Work alongside our exceptional RevOps agency to implement lead qualification criteria and lifecycle processes, ensuring a smooth transition and ownership.

  • Continuous Experimentation: Stay abreast of B2B marketing trends and best practices, continually evolving our strategy and fostering a culture of experimentation.
