The Role
At Watershed, we are dedicated to assisting companies in measuring, reducing, removing, and reporting their emissions. As our go-to-market team expands, we are searching for a Deal Operations Lead who will architect and manage the commercial framework that facilitates successful deal-making.
This pivotal role interfaces with sales strategy, pricing, contracts, and operational systems. You will collaborate extensively with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to structure intricate deals, design scalable commercial models, and develop the operational systems that underpin our quote-to-close processes.
To excel in this position, you will need to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, operational precision, and the ability to create systems that can scale. As artificial intelligence and automation transform team dynamics, we are particularly interested in candidates eager to harness these technologies to enhance how commercial teams formulate, evaluate, and execute deals.
This role is based in our New York office.
