We are currently seeking a Data Marketing Analyst with the potential to lead one of our analytical directions.
In this role, you will be an analytical partner for product and marketing teams, responsible for the development of analytics focused on user acquisition and reactivation. Your insights will influence strategic decisions based on a deep understanding of user behavior, communication channel effectiveness, and A/B testing results.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced analyst eager to shape a direction, implement systematic approaches, and scale analytical practices within the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Defining and prioritizing analytical directions to identify product growth opportunities;
– Initiating and overseeing A/B tests—from hypothesis formulation to final result analysis;
– Developing monitoring systems for key metrics and early warning signals;
– Analyzing the effectiveness of user scenarios, communications, and retention campaigns;
– Mentoring other analysts, establishing best practices, and contributing to the development of an analytical culture;
– Collaborating closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to implement analytics-based changes.
What we value:
– 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or product analyst (Senior+ level);
– Proficient in SQL, practical experience working with large datasets;
– Understanding of A/B testing principles, statistical analysis, and causal relationships;
– Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.);
– Experience in building monitoring systems, analytical reporting, and analytics automation;
– Strong communication skills: ability to explain complex concepts simply and defend your ideas at the leadership level;
– Experience interacting with product/marketing teams as a strategic partner;
– Initiative, results-oriented mindset, and independence.
