Join our dynamic Data and Technology team at Mediabrands as a Manager in Data Management & Visualization. We're seeking an innovative and hands-on leader who possesses a deep understanding of technical development and automation. This role is pivotal in creating a suite of automation tools and products for a prominent pharmaceutical client. A genuine curiosity for data management, digital technologies, and automation is essential!

Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, streamlining workstreams, crafting detailed development blueprints, leading technical initiatives, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set that includes expertise in media, technology, data analytics, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify and enhance existing processes through automation.
  • Engage with stakeholders and end users to define, assess, and prioritize organizational needs.
  • Design and implement major programming blueprints, ensuring effective execution of development tasks.
  • Translate high-level requirements into actionable user stories and use cases for development teams.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Develop training materials and act as a subject matter expert to facilitate product adoption.
  • Support the management and mentoring of a diverse team, from entry-level to managerial staff.
