Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with internal teams to pinpoint existing processes and discover opportunities for automation or enhancement. Actively engage with key stakeholders and end-users to define, evaluate, and prioritize business needs across the organization. Design comprehensive programming and buildout blueprints, executing development tasks based on these requirements. Convert high-level requirements into detailed user stories and use cases for design and development teams. Contribute to strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives. Assist in creating marketing and training resources, serving as the subject matter expert to provide demonstrations, education, and training to encourage product adoption. Support management and mentorship of a team, from entry-level staff to managers. Required Skills & Experience:3+ years of experience in automation development. Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency. Expertise in Excel, from basic functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation) to advanced capabilities (macro creation, custom programming, plugin development).2 years of programming experience in Python or C++. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with all management levels. Desired Skills & Experience:Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of digital marketing and media analytics.
