Your Role:

As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in addressing complex strategic challenges through data analysis. Your expertise will help guide our clients toward effective, data-driven strategies that enhance both their business and our own growth.

The perfect candidate is passionate about uncovering business insights from data, eager to ask probing questions, identify challenges, and develop innovative solutions. Your dedication to going above and beyond will be integral to our success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive data analyses to uncover opportunities and insights within customer journeys, including analyzing conversion funnels and identifying drop-off rates.
  • Formulate data-driven hypotheses regarding lead performance and customer journeys.
  • Produce client deliverables such as monthly performance reports, dashboards, quarterly in-depth analyses, and various ad-hoc reports.
  • Collaborate with fellow analysts and cross-functional teams, including Experience Strategy, Analytics Enablement, Technology, and Data Science, to create effective solutions.
  • Work to enhance data integrity, availability, and accessibility for reporting and analytical purposes.
