Your Impact

As the Team Lead - Customer Value, you will be responsible for defining and expanding Tacto's approach to delivering measurable and defensible procurement value for our clients.

You will go beyond AI-driven alerts by building and leading a specialized Customer Value Task Force (approximately 5 members) focused on executing high-impact procurement strategies and transformational projects for our key clients, all supported by our award-winning product suite.

By leveraging a blend of profound procurement knowledge and consulting expertise along with Tacto’s innovative data and AI platform, you will empower customers to achieve savings and performance enhancements that would be unattainable without Tacto, thereby establishing the groundwork for enduring client partnerships.

Your Tasks

  • Build and lead a high-performing Customer Value team

    Recruit, onboard, and nurture a team of around 5 Customer Value Strategists with strong backgrounds in consulting (e.g., BCG Inverto, Oliver Wyman). Establish clear benchmarks for analytical rigor, execution excellence, and measurable client impact, while being a hands-on leader during critical situations.

  • Drive Product Enhancement

    Collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams to integrate procurement best practices and cost-saving strategies into the Tacto platform. Actively utilize AI to enhance team efficiencies, explore new methodologies, and develop successful case studies into scalable capabilities.

  • Drive measurable and defensible cost savings for customers

    Oversee the complete process of realizing savings, from opportunity identification and business case development to implementation and monitoring. Lead initiatives including category strategies, supplier negotiations, and spend optimization programs to ensure tangible outcomes.

  • Lead complex, executive-level customer engagements

    Engage directly with manufacturing firms ranging from €50 million to €5 billion in revenue. Manage the most intricate projects and discussions with senior stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to Heads of Procurement, CFOs, and Managing Directors.
