Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a high volume of user requests across various communication channels, including email, chat, and messaging. Investigate and resolve tier 1 and tier 2 support requests in collaboration with users and internal teams, escalating issues as needed. Address unique and ambiguous issues to deliver outstanding outcomes. Diagnose issues and recommend both immediate and long-term solutions. Maintain detailed documentation of user interactions to provide insights on trends and feedback to leadership. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills while remaining mindful of user experience.
