A minimum of 2 years of customer support experience in the financial sector; prior experience with a brokerage firm is a plus. Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to our trading platform, account management, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Provide efficient resolutions to client issues, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Assist clients with onboarding processes, KYC (Know Your Customer), and account verification.
  • Maintain precise records of customer communications for compliance and auditing purposes.
  • Escalate technical or intricate issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Proactively address and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance our service offerings.
  • Detect and address suspicious activities, fraudulent transactions, or potential security risks.
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance and Risk teams to mitigate client-related risks.
  • Engage in other duties as assigned by the Company based on your expertise.
