About the Role

EquipmentShare is hiring a Customer Support Billing Specialist I at our headquarters in Columbia, MO. This team member helps both internal and external customers with billing and payment questions, working closely with Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Rental Operations. The position is central to maintaining strong relationships across our rental markets and delivering prompt, accurate service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily tasks in line with EquipmentShare’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Provide clear, helpful answers to billing and payment questions, referring issues when needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email, following quality and service standards.
  • Listen closely to customer concerns and show empathy during every interaction.
  • Document customer feedback by compiling Voice of Customer (VOC) reports.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • Manage time well to meet productivity and turnaround expectations.
  • Stay up to date on EquipmentShare products, services, and systems to answer questions accurately.

This position is based at EquipmentShare’s Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO.
