EquipmentShare is looking for a Customer Support Billing Specialist I to join the team at its Columbia, MO headquarters. This role supports both internal and external customers, answering billing and payment questions while working closely with Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Rental Operations. The position plays a key part in building strong relationships across EquipmentShare’s rental markets and ensuring prompt, accurate service.
What you will do
- Handle daily responsibilities in alignment with EquipmentShare’s mission and values.
- Answer billing and payment questions clearly and helpfully, escalating issues when necessary.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email, meeting established quality and service standards.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns, showing empathy in every interaction.
- Document customer feedback by preparing Voice of Customer (VOC) reports.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members.
- Organize tasks to meet productivity and turnaround goals.
- Stay informed about EquipmentShare products, services, and systems to provide accurate information.
Location
This position is based onsite at EquipmentShare’s Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO.
