ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Customer Success Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming communications from our customers
  • Ensuring accurate and timely use of sales technologies, including our CRM, to facilitate effective data collection and reporting
  • Proactively reaching out to potential customers exploring financial options on our website and handling inbound inquiries
  • Guiding customers through our digital journey to successfully secure the funds they require
  • Providing assistance throughout the sales process by collaborating with lenders
  • Confidently pitching lending products from our panel of lenders that best suit our customers' needs
  • Maintaining up-to-date information on all prospects in Salesforce
  • Monitoring trends and anticipating customer needs
