What You’ll DoUtilize telemetry and regular interactions to monitor data risks and vulnerabilities; perform platform health assessments and analyze trends by applying the Veeam Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM) to identify areas for improvement. Organize and conduct success sessions and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs); assess business outcomes against product adoption; showcase achieved ROI and potential gains from additional modules or licenses. Mitigate churn risk through the development of proactive protection strategies; act as a customer advocate; suggest alternative products or configurations for accounts at risk; initiate Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys; and manage customer case studies. Spot and articulate opportunities for expansion; analyze consumption patterns; schedule expansion check-ins with or without collaboration from an Account Executive (AE); and convert insights into qualified sales opportunities. Link adoption strategies across VDC and related offerings.

About the Role

We are seeking a collaborative and articulate Customer Success Specialist who is exceptionally organized and possesses a strong technical understanding of Veeam's product offerings. The successful candidate will be driven by a desire to maximize customer success and outcomes. In this role, you will operate within a pooled Success model to deliver comprehensive support for customers lacking a dedicated Customer Success Engineer (CSE). You will actively engage with customer health metrics to promote adoption, deliver results, and foster growth across Veeam Data Cloud (VDC) and its associated products, including Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam ONE, Veeam Recovery Orchestrator, Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, and Kasten by Veeam.
