The Customer Success Operations Analyst joins the Customer Success Beehive, Kraken’s operations team, during a period of significant growth. This role centers on scaling customer success by implementing systems, data processes, and tools that drive operational efficiency and deliver strong outcomes for clients.
Role overview
This analyst position works closely with teams across Delivery, Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, Client Value, and Customer Success. The goal is to make customer success more scalable, data-driven, and closely aligned with overall business objectives as Kraken expands globally.
