Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who possess:Over 10 years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar customer-facing roles, with at least 8 years supporting large enterprises. A genuine passion for hiring, developing, and managing a team of individual contributors, prioritizing their success. A proven track record of working with fast-growing teams, leveraging data to inform initiatives and decision-making processes. A solid understanding of technology. While we will provide training on MongoDB and databases, familiarity with technical concepts is essential. Experience or a willingness to learn about enterprise infrastructure technologies; exposure to MongoDB or NoSQL databases is advantageous but not mandatory. Exceptional organizational skills to manage workflows efficiently, prioritizing tasks and time effectively. The ability to navigate ambiguity with perseverance, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach, helping to establish and evolve processes as the company grows. A strong commitment to partnership and collaboration, working regularly with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, etc.) to enhance the Customer Success “brand” throughout the organization. Experience collaborating with internal and external partners from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. An adaptive mindset, thriving in a constantly changing environment, and continuously seeking improvement for yourself, your team, and your processes. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively present to diverse audiences.

At MongoDB, we are seeking a seasoned and results-driven leader to spearhead our Customer Success program based in Bengaluru. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to the growth and success of MongoDB, our clientele, and the Customer Success team members. Your team will engage directly with our customers, and you will play an instrumental role in developing an exceptional program during one of its most dynamic phases.

Your responsibilities will include recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and developing talent within both our high-touch and tech-touch Customer Success teams. You will empower these teams to make a positive impact on customers, enhance their skills, and foster career growth over time. Additionally, you will craft and implement initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention and satisfaction, identifying expansion opportunities, and promoting the adoption of MongoDB solutions.

This position operates under a hybrid work model in Bengaluru, India.
