Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Customer Success Management field. Fluency in English and French, with full professional proficiency. Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or eCommerce context. Positive demeanor with a proven ability to build rapport from initial engagement throughout the client lifecycle. Technical aptitude, including a foundational understanding of web technologies, analytics, CMS platforms, and APIs. Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and eCommerce best practices is a significant advantage!Proficient in identifying risks, raising red flags, and escalating issues. Proven experience in identifying and executing cross-sell and upsell opportunities while collaborating closely with sales and other teams to drive account growth.
