Key Responsibilities:Oversee a portfolio of assigned enterprise-level Financial Services clients, focusing on increasing platform adoption, ensuring client retention and growth, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Establish Trust:Develop and maintain robust relationships with Yext clients, acting as the primary contact for all post-sales activities. Collaborate with Yext Support, Product Management, Services, and GTM teams to relay client feedback and serve as their internal advocate. Become a subject matter expert on the Yext platform and its offerings. Promote Adoption and Optimization:Work alongside clients to create and execute strategic success plans, aligning Yext solutions with their business objectives. Conduct periodic reviews, provide progress updates on reactive issues and proactive initiatives, and showcase the value of Yext products and services. Provide Industry Insights and Yext Product Expertise:Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with clients. Communicate product roadmaps to clients, guiding them on how new Yext features and offerings align with their business goals.

We are in search of a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise - Financial Services to enhance adoption and maximize the value derived from the Yext platform with an unwavering commitment to learning. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with enterprise-level clients in the Financial Services sector, grasping their priorities and pain points to ensure they optimize their investment in Yext. As a vital member of our organization, CSMs work closely with sales, solution engineers, product management, and go-to-market teams.
