Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary liaison between Sidetrade and a designated set of enterprise accounts. Deliver insights to clients to maximize their use of Sidetrade solutions. Represent customer feedback to Product Management, Professional Services, and Support teams. Monitor client engagement levels and relay insights for product and service enhancements. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with the Sales team. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to understand customer outcomes, analyze health metrics, conduct satisfaction surveys, and facilitate Customer Innovation Workshops. Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Credit/Collections Manager within large organizations. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients with multiple concurrent projects. Exceptional client-facing skills with a strong focus on relationship management. Outstanding time management and organizational abilities. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills. Familiarity with Receivables Management technology. Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
