About the Role
The role of a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) is pivotal in making our customers successful. By deeply understanding our customers' intricate software systems and urgent business needs, we leverage our cutting-edge platform to assist them in thoroughly testing their mission-critical applications. We engage directly with engineers at progressive companies, ensuring they identify bugs before their users do.
What You’ll Do
CSEs play a vital role in recognizing customers’ business needs and technologies, providing value throughout the customer lifecycle. This includes onboarding, delivering essential customizations, and articulating impactful value propositions to customer leadership. Responsibilities also encompass identifying gaps in product features, surfacing new requirements, envisioning new application domains, and educating the tech industry about advanced testing techniques at scale.
In this dynamic role, each day brings new experiences—whether you're on-site assisting a customer with a critical bug resolution and presenting findings to their team or collaborating with peers in the office to develop new testing methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven initiative and determination to tackle challenging, open-ended technical problems that affect customers promptly.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience as a technical consultant, software/quality engineer, solutions engineer/architect, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers’ engineers and leadership.
- Proficiency in writing and debugging code.
