Key ResponsibilitiesOnboard & Train - Lead customer onboarding and training initiatives to ensure high adoption rates. Continuously develop and enhance training materials as we grow. Be the Voice of the Customer - Collect feedback, advocate for necessary feature enhancements, and collaborate with the product team to elevate the customer experience. Scale Support - Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, continually refining processes through automation and documentation. Monitor & Optimize - Establish and track customer health metrics, proactively addressing risks and identifying opportunities for improvement. Drive Renewals & Expansion - Cultivate deep relationships with customers to identify growth opportunities and enhance platform utilization. This is the role for you if:You are eager to engage directly with our early customers, turning them into our strongest advocates while establishing the frameworks necessary for scaling our Customer Success function. You are passionate about problem-solving, willing to explore all avenues to find solutions, and have a track record of taking initiative, whether by sending cold emails or teaching yourself new skills.
