Education & Nationality: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Must be an Emirati National with a Family Book. Experience: Experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate or property management sectors. Skills: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and CRM software. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Qualities: Self-motivated team player with an interest in new technology. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions. Detail-oriented and professional.
