The responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing queries promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely inspection or collection of vehicles.
- Informing customers of any changes to manage expectations effectively.
- Meeting performance targets to ensure all customer calls are addressed within SLA expectations while maintaining high call quality standards.
- Communicating with drivers, garages, and auction houses to facilitate the seamless transition and delivery of vehicles.
- Updating CRM systems to prevent repeat calls and enable any representative to assist customers regarding their queries.
