You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in helping new customers feel confident and supported from day one. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to guide clients through setup, training, and early adoption with clarity and patience. You are proactive, tech-savvy, and enjoy problem-solving, always seeking ways to enhance the onboarding experience and ensure long-term customer success.

Currently, we are focusing on the German market and are looking for an English and German-speaking individual to join our growing onboarding team. What the role involves

  • Leading new customers through their onboarding journey, from initial setup and configuration to the successful adoption of our product.
  • Providing engaging training sessions and product demonstrations customized to meet each customer’s specific needs and objectives.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to the Customer Success or Account Management team after launch.
  • Collaborating with internal departments (Product, Support, and Sales) to troubleshoot issues, address questions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Translating knowledge base guides into German.
  • Continuously enhancing onboarding processes by collecting feedback, identifying challenges, and recommending improvements to workflows or content.
