Currently, we are focusing on the German market and are looking for an English and German-speaking individual to join our growing onboarding team. What the role involves
- Leading new customers through their onboarding journey, from initial setup and configuration to the successful adoption of our product.
- Providing engaging training sessions and product demonstrations customized to meet each customer’s specific needs and objectives.
- Serving as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to the Customer Success or Account Management team after launch.
- Collaborating with internal departments (Product, Support, and Sales) to troubleshoot issues, address questions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Translating knowledge base guides into German.
- Continuously enhancing onboarding processes by collecting feedback, identifying challenges, and recommending improvements to workflows or content.
