As the Customer Enablement & Learning Manager, you will lead and refine the initiatives that empower both our customers and internal teams to confidently adopt our innovative products. This role is pivotal, situated at the crossroads of strategy and execution. You will be responsible for establishing a clear direction, developing scalable programs, and ensuring that every product launch, workflow change, and innovative idea is implemented effectively to create significant impact. This position offers the chance to not only maintain existing operations but also to innovate continuously.

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive SaaS learning leader who excels in a dynamic environment. You should enjoy collaborating with various teams and have a knack for designing effective systems while being hands-on in their implementation.
