As a key member of our founding LA team, you will play a critical role in establishing clinical operations at our largest clinic, fostering an inclusive organizational culture, and maintaining high-performance standards. This hands-on position involves collaboration across various disciplines including clinical, finance, technology, care coordination, hospitality, and events to ensure our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostic Execution: Conduct routine and STAT CT scans, ensuring accurate patient positioning and compliance with ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles as required by California law.
  • Technical Oversight: Review completed exams for quality assurance; communicate critical findings to referring physicians and coordinate with reading institutions for DICOM file uploads and reporting.
  • Clinical Assistance: Support physicians during specialized procedures such as CT-guided biopsies, while expertly operating and maintaining imaging equipment.
  • Venipuncture & Contrast: Manage and perform venipuncture for contrast administration in accordance with California Health and Safety Code Section 106985.
  • Radiation Protection Program: Oversee the facility’s Radiation Safety and Protection Program following 17 CCR § 30253, including dosimetry record-keeping and safety event reporting.
  • Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for inspections by CDPH Radiologic Health Branch (RHB) and ACR for all local imaging modalities.
  • Equipment & Physics: Schedule and coordinate mandatory physicist appointments for regular equipment testing and maintain staff dosimetry reports.
