About the Team
The Growth team is tasked with driving the Fever business strategy across all markets and ensuring our events achieve desired performance, facilitating global expansion.
Our decisions are rooted in data at every strategic level, enabling us to thoroughly comprehend Fever’s business model and leverage it to collaborate with every team within the company to propel growth in the right direction.
About You:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or possess a background in mathematics, statistics, or data analytics.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRM-related role.
- You are proficient in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- You have demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
