2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Email Marketing Management (preferably in product-based IT companies). Deep understanding of Email and Web Push channel operations (technical setups, limitations, best practices). Experience with modern ESP/CDP platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, eSputnik, SendGrid, or custom solutions). Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, analyze funnels, and draw insights based on metrics. Understanding of core product metrics (LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention) and how to influence them.

We are currently seeking a CRM (Retention) Manager who will be responsible for developing user retention strategies, enhancing customer loyalty, and minimizing churn rates. This role is ideal for a professional eager to drive product development, identify opportunities for increasing user loyalty, and implement omnichannel retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building from the Ground Up: Take the initiative to create a Retention strategy and select tools without existing legacies.

  • Critical Business Impact: This role will significantly influence LTV and Revenue within our product, with direct implications on profitability.

  • Culture of Rapid Experimentation: Emphasizing minimal bureaucracy, focusing on hypothesis testing, and implementing changes swiftly.

  • Scale and Potential: Work with a rapidly growing product in Tier-1 markets, with ample room for professional development.

What We Value:
