We are currently seeking a CRM (Retention) Manager who will be responsible for developing user retention strategies, enhancing customer loyalty, and minimizing churn rates. This role is ideal for a professional eager to drive product development, identify opportunities for increasing user loyalty, and implement omnichannel retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Building from the Ground Up: Take the initiative to create a Retention strategy and select tools without existing legacies.
Critical Business Impact: This role will significantly influence LTV and Revenue within our product, with direct implications on profitability.
Culture of Rapid Experimentation: Emphasizing minimal bureaucracy, focusing on hypothesis testing, and implementing changes swiftly.
Scale and Potential: Work with a rapidly growing product in Tier-1 markets, with ample room for professional development.
What We Value:
2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Email Marketing Management (preferably in product-based IT companies).
Deep understanding of Email and Web Push channel operations (technical setups, limitations, best practices).
Experience with modern ESP/CDP platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, eSputnik, SendGrid, or custom solutions).
Analytical mindset: ability to work with data, analyze funnels, and draw insights based on metrics (data-driven approach).
Understanding of core product metrics (LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention) and how to influence them.
