This position is suited for a systems-oriented individual who excels at constructing automated workflows, pipelines, and campaigns within GoHighLevel, while also grasping the broader impact of CRM and marketing platforms on driving results, boosting conversions, and delivering an unparalleled client experience. You will work closely with the founder and the core team to implement organization, strategy, and automation for an already thriving brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, manage, and maintain a comprehensive GoHighLevel CRM environment: funnels, email/SMS automation, pipelines, calendars, and more.
  • Develop and optimize marketing workflows, nurturing sequences, and onboarding systems.
  • Oversee lead capture strategies, ensuring all contact forms, landing pages, and integrations function seamlessly and are accurately tracked.
  • Implement and manage pipelines for sales and client journey tracking.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and lead lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to launch campaigns that drive growth.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and scalable CRM, standardizing tags, automations, and data structure.
  • Integrate GoHighLevel with other platforms such as ManyChat, Zapier, Stripe, or Kajabi as required.
