Role Overview

In this role, you will collaborate with media buyers, designers, and video editors to transform campaign insights into high-performing ad concepts for Meta and Google platforms. Your analytical and creative skills will be vital as you optimize ad performance through continuous testing, iteration, and storytelling driven by insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside media buyers to convert campaign data into effective creative strategies that enhance performance.
  • Create creative briefs based on customer insights, market trends, and established testing frameworks.
  • Evaluate and refine ad creatives to reduce fatigue and improve metrics like CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Partner with the design and video teams to ensure all assets adhere to performance best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a structured library of successful creative concepts, iterations, and insights.
  • Keep an eye on competitor creative trends and proactively suggest innovative angles, hooks, and storytelling techniques.
