About the Role (Your Responsibilities)
As our Creative Social Media Producer, you will play a pivotal role in the creative process, collaborating closely with creative strategists and the paid media team to transform compelling ideas into high-impact content. This is a dynamic, hands-on position for a producer who understands the essence of effective creativity and thrives on swiftly bringing ideas to fruition.
Your focus will be on producing social-first creative content intended to excel across paid channels, with speed, iteration, and learning as our guiding principles. While the emphasis is on social media, you will also lend your expertise to performance-driven TV creative, applying the same test-and-learn philosophy we adopt in paid social media. You will manage a budget with the autonomy to allocate it wisely, always keeping a keen eye on return on investment.
This position reports to the Head of Creative Production and collaborates closely with our broader creative and growth teams.
