The team develops beverages, snacks, and chocolates designed to support energy, focus, immunity, digestion, and recovery. HabitOne is preparing to launch its first product, with plans to enter the U. S. market through Amazon and TikTok Shop.
The company aims to shape a new category at the intersection of wellness, performance, and daily healthy habits. With ambitious growth plans, HabitOne is building a team to support rapid expansion and innovation.

- Launch at least five new brands over the next three years
- Develop a proprietary digital application

Role Overview
- First creative marketing manager at HabitOne
- Opportunity to build and lead a creative team from the ground up
- Clear path to career growth: lead a team within 3–5 months, then oversee all creative production in another 3–6 months
- Direct influence on business decisions, with resources to support bold ideas
What You Will Do
- Create advertising creatives, analyze their performance, and refine them to attract new users
- Monitor market trends and develop data-driven ideas for new creative concepts
- Recommend improvements for products and marketing funnels
- Analyze test results to identify performance drivers
- Initiate new tests and suggest ways to scale successful ideas
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal creative workshops
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in creative or performance marketing
- Ability to generate new ideas and think creatively
- Proactive mindset and accountability for outcomes
- Comfort working with data and analyzing information to guide decisions
- Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC
- Strong creative and critical thinking abilities
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
