Qualifications:2-4 years of design experience in-house at a brand or within a creative agency. Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign); familiarity with Canva is a plus. A robust portfolio demonstrating digital work, including websites, social media, and digital advertising; motion/animation skills are advantageous. Proven track record in designing digital ads and marketing materials that boost engagement and performance. Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory, with meticulous attention to detail. Understanding of paid social media platforms, creative trends, and digital advertising best practices. Ability to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and visually. Excellent organizational skills to manage several design projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and performance targets.

Role and Responsibilities:

As our Marketing Designer, you will be essential in translating our brand's vision and products into compelling visual narratives. Your creativity will shine through in various marketing materials, including social media graphics and promotional assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce captivating marketing and digital ad creatives for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social channels.
  • Transform brand identity into engaging creative formats that enhance customer interaction and drive conversions.
  • Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns from inception to launch.
  • Create diverse assets including social media graphics, e-commerce product pages, website visuals, email campaigns, retail displays, field activations, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee art direction for seasonal campaigns, brand collaborations, and promotional activities, including photo and video shoots.
  • Create and fine-tune visual materials such as product mockups and photo retouching to achieve top-tier creative outcomes.
  • Ensure brand consistency and uphold high visual standards across all digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors or agencies as required.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and performance objectives.
