As a Marketing Designer at the heart of our Creative Studio, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Lead to embody the essence of Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) through visually stunning graphics that resonate with our innovative curriculum. You will engage in a variety of projects spanning web design, advertising campaigns, social media, and email marketing, all while communicating with the creativity and clarity that defines AoPS. Your designs will not only align with business objectives but also inspire and attract students to our unique educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform brand strategies, data insights, and project briefs into visually appealing concepts.
- Craft designs across multiple channels, including advertising campaigns, landing pages, flyers, presentations, emails, and social media, with a keen eye for detail.
- Maintain brand integrity by adhering to established guidelines and utilizing available assets.
- Articulate the rationale behind your design choices and embrace feedback for continuous improvement.
- Leverage competitive analysis and user data to inform your design decisions.
- Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams involved in the marketing process.
- Finalize all artwork and prepare files for production readiness.
