This role operates under a hybrid schedule, with the base location at our headquarters in South Charlotte, NC, or our campus in New York City, NY (Tuesday through Thursday), and offers the flexibility to work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Our approach combines strategy, data, design, and technology to tackle complex business challenges and create customer-centered experiences.
We are in search of a Creative Manager and strategic experience leader to join RVGT, directing insight-driven experience strategies and execution for a dedicated client engagement. This role is perfect for an individual with a solid foundation in product design and user research, capable of independently framing and leading qualitative and quantitative research initiatives. You will translate insights into actionable experience direction while guiding a team of product designers towards effective, outcome-focused solutions. Your ability to represent experience strategy and design rationale to both internal and external senior partners will be crucial in aligning and facilitating decision-making across user, business, and technical perspectives. Experience with applying AI in design and research workflows to enhance learning, iteration, and collaboration is highly desirable.
In this position, you will be responsible for shaping end-to-end customer experiences, basing creative choices on user insights, and ensuring that our output exemplifies best-in-class brand, UX, and design practices within the financial services sector.
