Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to partner closely with our VP of Marketing. You will be the driving force behind the evolution of our creative vision, brand voice, and visual identity, influencing all channels and experiences across our expanding portfolio of brands.

This position is a dynamic mix of leadership and hands-on creation. You will set the creative standard, inspire and guide a talented in-house graphic design and content team, while actively participating in the creative process—from concept development to final execution.

Reporting directly to the Global VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure that Industrious consistently presents a beautiful and cohesive brand as we grow.

Daily Responsibilities

Your day may begin by reviewing the latest design concepts for 'Indy', our new sub-brand. While the foundational strategy is established, you will engage with designers to further refine the visual identity, ensuring it stands out while maintaining our premium standards. You're not just providing feedback; you're actively sketching ideas and mentoring your team on transforming consumer insights into compelling designs.

By midday, you will lead a creative sprint planning session, balancing the immediate demands of a market launch campaign with the ongoing project of modernizing our core verbal identity. You will assist your copywriter and content strategist in prioritizing tasks for the week, ensuring the team has clarity and momentum to excel.

In the afternoon, you will present a new brand campaign concept to our leadership team, confidently advocating for your creative choices while remaining open to collaborative feedback. You'll leave the meeting aligned and ready to engage with external videographers and freelancers to bring your vision to life.
