Your Mission
In the role of Creative Producer, you will take charge of all creative production for our high-volume paid advertising initiatives. This position transcends the creation of a single perfect ad; it is about building a dynamic creative engine that consistently feeds our growth strategy through continuous testing and refinement.
You will generate diverse, high-volume content for our performance marketing channels such as Meta and LinkedIn. Collaborating closely with the Head of Growth and our analytics team, you will identify successful concepts, iterate swiftly, and develop a scalable creative system to meet our ambitious growth objectives.

Your Responsibilities
Lead all creative production for our paid advertising initiatives, including both static assets and video content across performance marketing channels like Meta and LinkedIn.
Deliver high-volume, diverse content, develop multiple static ad and video concepts weekly.
Create top-notch static assets and agile vertical video content utilizing UGC-style footage, smartphone filming, AI tools, or any method that enhances speed and quality.
Engage in relentless testing, collaborate with the analytics team to pinpoint winning concepts and swiftly iterate based on data insights.
Construct a creative system, develop templates and processes that enable rapid content production and optimization.
