About the Role
This position is ideal for a versatile designer who thrives on diversity in their work. One day you may be crafting a product feature, the next day designing a landing page, and the day after that creating a social media campaign or print materials for an upcoming event. You will seamlessly navigate between brand development, product design, growth initiatives, and communications to tackle high-impact design projects.

We embrace a “founder mode” mentality: diving into the details, delivering results, and proactively identifying areas in need of design improvement.
What You'll Do
- Design across product, brand, growth, and communications — addressing the most pressing needs each week.
- Create user interfaces, landing pages, email campaigns, advertising creative, social media content, presentations, and materials for events.
- Balance strategic thinking with pixel-perfect execution on a daily basis.
- Identify and resolve design gaps proactively without needing assignments.
- Collaborate directly with engineers, growth teams, clinical staff, and leadership.
- Contribute to and expand the brand and product design systems.
- Prioritize speed in delivery. We believe that action generates insight; your initial version doesn't have to be flawless — it just needs to be real.
- Engage in direct feedback exchanges, as we value radical candor to elevate our collective standards.
What You Bring
- 3–6+ years of experience in various design disciplines — whether in brand, digital, or product design, or a mixture thereof.
- A portfolio showcasing a breadth of work: product screens, campaign projects, web design, and potentially unexpected creative pieces.
