About the Role
As a Motion Designer at Superpower, you will animate our vision, adding dynamic movement to our brand, product, and growth initiatives. Your creativity will create engaging motion graphics that make our products come alive, capture attention in our advertising, and clearly convey the essence of Superpower. From subtle UI interactions to impactful campaign videos, you will define the motion language that embodies our brand.

What You'll Do
- Create motion designs for brand, product, and growth initiatives, including social media content, ad creatives, product animations, and launch videos.
- Develop and uphold a cohesive motion language for Superpower, focusing on timing, easing, transitions, and scalable principles.
- Produce engaging short-form video content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Design UI animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with brand and product designers as well as engineers to seamlessly integrate motion across various platforms.
- Partner with growth teams to develop compelling video ad creatives with rapid iterations and clear storytelling.
- Explore AI-assisted motion tools, generative video, and innovative formats.
- Take charge of editing and compositing videos, balancing creative direction with execution.
What You Bring
- 3–6+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or video production, whether in a studio, agency, brand, or in-house team.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing your range across brand films, social media content, UI animations, typographic motion, and experimental projects.
- Proficiency in After Effects, with strong knowledge of Premiere, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
